Work Outfit- Black Blazer

Hey guys! Been a while I know, guess who took a week leave from work and practically lost touch with the world? Yep that’s me Lol, but I’m back now, back to work and to you guys. I hope you missed me as much as I missed you. Well here is the second part of my Work outfit essentials and this one features the classic Black Blazer.

When I took the pictures, it was meant to feature and highlight the importance of the black blazer but this blush colored jumpsuit from be_u_by_lade stole the show and I ended up shooting more close up pictures of the jumpsuit alone than the combination with the blazer. I  guess it won’t hurt to have a nice piece of jumpsuit in your work outfit essentials too because you can easily make the switch from corporate to casual if you have an outing after work.

I’m not even going to preach too much about the Black Blazer because I think we all know how useful it can be especially on days where you don’t particularly plan any outfit for work, throwing on a blazer at the last minute can transform your outfit. I always try to have my blazers ready just in case because I’m a last minute person when it comes to outfits.

For this look, I decided not to pair the blazer with the usual shirt and pants or skirt but with a jumpsuit and this is the only one I have right now. I had to give out others at a point because for some unknown reasons, they never look good on me so when I got this from Lade at the same time I got my birthday outfit, I was skeptical about it but hey, see how good it looks and the color is perfect. It also came with a belt that is supposed to be tied into a bow but as I am terrible with knotting anything, I decided to roll it round *covers face* I think it came out alright though.

What do you think of the jumpsuit and how best do you like to wear your blazers?

Have a fab week ahead.
