Christmas Outfit- Olive Bomber Jacket

Honestly guys I know I said I was taking a break but apart from having to shoot promo items, I really had to do something for Christmas too!

Just like last year, I have decided to share my favorite party outfits this season and I think there would be something for every personality (I even have something pink again!).

Olive green is one color that I low-key have a color-crush on and I really don’t have a lot of outfits in that shade so when the people at SheIn sent me this letter-patched bomber jacket, I was so excited. With the way the air-conditioning units in my office are set up, I think I just got a new best-friend in this jacket which is exactly what I tell people when they ask “Why do you need a bomber jacket in this Nigerian weather?”.

What other colors say Christmas better than Green, White and Red? None eh? So I paired the jacket with a white crop top, white midi skirt (from this two piece) and the red shoes I stole from my friend (she always considers me when she buys new shoes because she knows I always end up stealing or borrowing them- Hey Vandi).

I’m loving this purple ponytail and although it was a bit stressful making it with my natural hair and maintaining it is even harder, I think it’s worth the stress. Accessorized with my new fav bag which I got as a Christmas gift from one of my fav girls (Hey Obara) and an Ankara choker from Skintight Collection and it goes for just N1000, check out more of their chokers on Instagram.

P.S The giveaway starts tomorrow and there would be 5 winners! I have so much stuff to give out and a big shout out to my amazing sponsors.

  1. Some friends are just awesome. I love the way you used the bomber jacket with the crop top and skirt… Bomber jackets have been on my mind since last week.

  2. Dis olive color seems to be creeping on us lately, maybe it will just b in trend next yr who knows. I was goin to ask how u got to make d hairdo on natural hair but den i saw stress making it nd lots of maintenance. Love d ensemble, really stylish ? nd ur friend z really nice o.

    1. Olive would definitely trend more next year. To be honest, I’m just a lazy person, the hair isn’t that stressful, you just have to use heat to straighten it so it would be well laid and the hair gel would stay longer, that’s all. Yes my friend is the realest LOL. Thank you Jolaade.

  3. Always slaying Wunmi ? ✨. Olive is lowkey one of my favorite colors too, totally love how you paired it. I can totally relate to the natural hair struggle yet the pony tail be bomb. Looking forward to more style posts ☺☺

  4. I really love this look! Love that you went with a skirt rather than pants with the bomber jacket. The hair really does suit you. And gold is also a Christmas colour.

  5. Love they bomber jacket hun, and it pares so nicely with the all white. Although I’m not a big fan of the shoes, I love the extra bit of sass that the pony tail gives to the outfit. This would be great for a new years eve date or a Christmas movie date.
