I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, even though I felt like it should not end but now I’m back to work and the hustle begins again.
I have been trying to get things right with the blog because I got a lot of suggestions from you guys last year and I am certainly working towards improving on everything, that is one of the reasons why I haven’t posted anything since the beginning of the year. You guys would definitely be seeing better pictures this year (thank you CK) and for those of you that want to be motivated, I’d also be sharing more of what’s going on with me so we would learn and grow together. I’m also working on guest posts from other bloggers and I’d be sharing my thoughts on latest trends every month too. I really plan to be more consistent with my posts this year and I hope you guys would continue moving with me.
2015 was basically a warm up for me in all ramifications and I’m sure we all have greater things planned this year that we want to achieve, as it should be. So I am challenging you to not let anything get in your way this year, let your determination drive you forward and focus on the success you want to achieve.
I know this is common pep talk but I am challenging you to take a risk, try something different, try another approach to whatever it is you have been trying to get instead of giving up, do something you’ve always wanted to do and let your passion drive that fear away.
These are the three major things I have resolved to do this year as I am facing everything with an optimistic mindset;
1) Build a stronger relationship with God because if He is your foundation then you are built on a solid rock that can neither be shaken nor moved.
2) Aspire to succeed and work tirelessly till I attain that success. Some people have asked me why I take this blog so serious when I’m not even getting paid and I told them that if this blog goes down, that’s my passion going down and how can a person live without passion? Success does not come easy and even as I want this blog to succeed so also do I want to succeed in my day job so I really have no choice than to work hard.
3) My happiness is key. This year I’m doing what would make me happy rather than sacrificing my happiness for others. Call it selfishness or anything but it’s time to start living for yourself not just existing for others. So if you know that you have kept giving without receiving then I think that life is too short for you to be unhappy.
So in essence, I want you all to join me on this exciting journey in 2016 as we declare that ‘YES WE ARE READY TO TAKE ON THE YEAR LIKE CHAMPIONS’. I wish you all a blessed and successful 2016.
(P.S I’d really love to connect with all my readers more this year so please just do a mini introduction of yourself in the comment box and let’s get started! Thank you.)
